The house is right behind the Union hotel on King st, 3-5 min walk to St Peter's train station, 3-5 min walk to Erskineville train station and roughly 5 min walk to Newtown train station. Great location and less than 100m walk to closest bus stop that can take you to the city.
Upon entry, $50 refundable key deposit plus minimum 1 week rent, being $275 upon entry, and weekly rent of $225 there onwards.
